By accessing Pharmacy Growth India, booking a Chemist Shop Audit, or joining the Delhi Retail Chemist Movement, you are entering a legally binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.
We are fighting a war against heavily funded corporate e-pharmacies, 10-minute discount apps, and systemic regulatory apathy. This platform is strictly for independent retail chemists in Delhi/NCR who are serious about modernizing their operations, taking control of dead inventory, and fighting back. 1. Scope of Services
Pharmacy Growth India is an independent transformation consultancy. We provide operational blueprints, digital marketing strategies, WhatsApp Refill Automation systems, 30-minute delivery frameworks (via Shadowfax/Borzo), Google Maps optimization, and outsourced inventory audits. We are not an online pharmacy. We do not sell, dispense, or deliver scheduled drugs, nor do we provide medical advice.
2. User Eligibility & Obligations
This site is exclusively for licensed retail chemists operating in India, specifically targeting the Delhi/NCR region, doing ₹20k–₹25k+ in daily sales. By using our services, you warrant that you hold a valid retail drug license under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940.
We provide the SOPs, the audit reports, and the tech-forward tools; you provide the execution. Chemist inaction is the biggest threat to your survival. Failure to implement the agreed-upon WhatsApp strategies or local delivery integrations releases us from any projected outcome responsibilities.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials provided, including our 1-page operational overviews, 10-slide pitch decks, proprietary SOPs, IG reels, and YouTube drafts in Hinglish, are the exclusive intellectual property of Pharmacy Growth India. They are licensed to you strictly for your individual pharmacy’s growth. Distributing, reselling, or leaking our playbooks to competitors or corporate aggregators will result in immediate termination of services and severe legal action.
4. Financial Targets & Disclaimer of Warranties
While our operational frameworks are designed to target net income increases (scaling from ₹70k–₹1L in Month 1 up to ₹2L–₹5L/month by Year 1), these figures are projections based on aggressive execution, not legal guarantees. Retail pharma dynamics fluctuate. We do not guarantee specific financial returns. Fees paid for audits and consultancy are non-refundable once the proprietary strategy and audit reports have been deployed.
5. Data Privacy & DPDP Act (2023) Compliance
Your data is a critical asset, and we protect it aggressively. We comply strictly with the DPDP Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025.
- Data Collected: We collect your business contact details, operational data, daily sales volume estimates, and inventory metrics strictly to conduct audits and optimize your stock.
- Purpose Limitation: Your data is used exclusively to build your specific growth strategy and automate your marketing. We will never sell your data to corporate e-pharmacies or third-party aggregators.
- Your Rights (Data Principal): You have the right to access, correct, or request the erasure of your personal and business data. If you wish to withdraw consent and terminate your digital audit profile, you may initiate contact with our Data Fiduciary.
- Security: We utilize encrypted digital vaults to store your inventory audits and business profiles, retaining logs securely as required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
We deliver high-level consultancy and technological blueprints. You remain solely responsible for compliance with the Pharmacy Practice Regulations, 2015, the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, and any directives from local Drug Inspectors. Pharmacy Growth India is not liable for any regulatory penalties, license suspensions, or legal liabilities arising from your dispensing practices, expired stock handling, or daily store operations.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We don’t have time for drawn-out corporate bureaucracy. Any dispute arising from your use of this site or our consulting services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, Delhi.
8. Grievance Redressal Mechanism
In compliance with Section 13 of the DPDP Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Rules, any discrepancies or grievances regarding our platform or data handling will be resolved swiftly. We have zero tolerance for operational lag.
